Coming in 2026! - We are introducing new ways for neighbors to meet neighbors.

We had a lot of interest in these small groups! - both at our fall event and at our December HOA meeting signups.

We Need You:

Residents to be host/leaders

Residents on our social committee

We Welcome:

Other ideas for simple, non-sponsored small groups that might bring more residents together in fun ways. So, if you have an idea for a group, or event, or wish to be a part of one you see below, please hit that contact button.

New social committee participation. Our LMHA social committee will not run these groups, but will help to connect folks and to get them started. We’ll start small, and try to begin with those that had the most interest and leadership interest first.

Our neighborhood is safer and more supportive for all of us when we know and care about our neighbors!

Consider joining a social group for closer connections with neighbors based on your interests.

Social groups may meet once or quarterly. Some may meet more often.

Consider being a host/leader.

All social groups must be for the benefit of Lea Manor residents and must remain open to new members to remain listed on the site.

Social Groups are connection opportunities that are NOT sponsored by your HOA, not governed by our bylaws, but are open to residents, listed on the website, and that may get assistance in getting started or organized by the social committee, which is a part of the HOA. Your HOA funds do not pay for them. Participants and host/leaders run their groups at their own cost.

Become a host/leader or find out more!

Our LMHA Annual Social Events are posted for the benefit of all residents of the Lea Manor Neighborhood Proper.

Our “new” neighborhood Social Groups are smaller groups, hosted by a community member, that offer ways for our neighbors to gather and become acquainted over a specific interest. These groups are NOT sponsored or supervised by the Lea Manor Homes Association (HOA). By choosing to participate, you acknowledge and agree that you are doing so entirely at your own risk. The HOA is not responsible for any injury, safety issues, personal well-being, feelings of exclusion, or any miscommunication related to the event.

Participation Disclaimer

Some neighborhood Social Groups may be specifically listed as pet-friendly, such as our dog walks. If you bring a pet, please ensure it is comfortable and able to socialize safely in a group setting. Pets must be on leash at all times. Pet owners must clean up after their pets. Pet owners are responsible for their animals' behavior, and each pet must allow others to enjoy the event without disruption.

Unless otherwise stated, all Social Events and Social Group Meets are “No-Pets Events” by default.
